We provide assessment and treatment of cataracts. Cataract surgery can help improve your vision, and ultimately your quality of life. We offer standard monofocal lenses, toric lenses, and multifocal lenses.
I have over 10 years experience as a full-time consultant at Royal Bournemouth Hospital, specialising in macular diseases, including macular degeneration. Regular intravitreal injections are often used to treat this condition.
Retinal vein occlusion can affect vision. However, treatment options, including intravitreal injection treatment, can often improve vision in this condition.
Diabetic retinopathy is a complex disease that requires close monitoring, laser treatment, and sometimes intravitreal injection treatment. As the clinical lead for diabetic retinopathy at Royal Bournemouth Hospital, I am well-versed in managing this condition.
If you have undergone cataract surgery and notice that your vision is misting over again, a YAG capsulotomy may provide relief. This quick and pain-free procedure can effectively clear any haziness behind the lens, enhancing your vision and overall quality of life.
Intravitreal injection treatment is widely used to address retinal disorders, including macular degeneration. This treatment can significantly enhance your vision and, ultimately, your quality of life. I have extensive experience with the use of intravitreal injections to treat macular disease.
